What you get when you play with us
We opened Raze in 2024 because we wanted a casino that treats Canadian players like regulars at a Halifax kitchen party—straight talk, fast service, and nobody left waiting on a cold poutine.
Here is exactly what that looks like on the floor:
- 7,507 slots, crash games and instant wins from 50 studios including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Play’n GO and Relax Gaming
- 182 live dealer tables streaming blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker with limits from C$0.50 to C$10,000
- Uncapped withdrawals—no monthly ceiling, no tiered limits, cash out what you win
- Crypto withdrawals hit your wallet in minutes to under 30 minutes after approval; cards take up to 5 business days
- VIP program from Bronze to Gold and beyond: personal hosts, rank-up cash drops and rising rakeback percentages
- Sportsbook, esports and our own originals sitting right beside the casino—one wallet, zero switching
We hold an Anjouan Gaming licence (no. ALSI-132405034-FI3) issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Wild Technology Ltd operates the platform, with Wild Technology Limitada handling payment processing. Everything runs through your browser—no app store downloads, no updates, just tap and play on iOS or Android.
Your starter stack and daily reloads
New players grab 100% up to C$300 plus 150 free spins on Jungle Jamboree by Relax Gaming. Deposit C$1 and you are in—no convoluted tiered packages, no disappearing second deposits.
The fine print is exactly what you see below. We do not bury the wagering in appendix G.
Once you are settled, the promos rotate daily. The Carolina Mendes Lucky Wave race drops prizes every 24 hours. Free Spins Day unlocks rounds on Power of Gods: the Pantheon by Wazdan. Table players hit Blackjack Deluxe BB for poker-style payouts, and raffle double points stack up on Lucky Little Devil. Check the Deals tab each morning—what lands at 9 a.m. might be gone by midnight.
Loyalty runs on a multi-tier track: Bronze, Silver, Gold and higher. Each rank brings a dedicated host, cash gifts when you level up, and rakeback that grows with every wager. No hidden point conversions, no expiring currencies.
How we sort 7,507 ways to spin
Our lobby splits into sections that make sense: Just Landed for arrivals under two weeks, Progressives for jackpots ticking past C$1 million, Quick Games for crash and instant wins, and Providers if you want to jump straight to Nolimit City chaos or Hacksaw volatility.
RTP and volatility matter, so here is how five player favourites stack up:
Mechanics we keep stocked include Megaways with up to 117,649 ways, Hold & Win respins, cluster pays, expanding wilds, and buy-feature bonuses for players who skip the base game. Try Artemis vs Medusa or Crystal Queen if you want to see Quickspin’s sticky wild systems in action.
182 tables, real dealers, real limits
Our Live Casino section runs 24/7 with professional croupiers dealing roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows. Studios include Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, so you get classic green felt alongside wheels with multipliers and dice games that feel like a night out.
House edge and betting ranges for the core games:
Side bets, bet-behind, and multi-seat play are standard on most blackjack tables. High rollers can request private tables through their VIP host—limits move, but the edge stays published and fair.
Deposits from C$1, withdrawals without caps
We built our cashier around crypto speed because Canadian players deserve better than five-day waits. Buy crypto directly on site if your wallet is empty—we partner with on-ramp providers so you never leave the lobby.
Every method we accept:
Minimum withdrawal is C$10. Maximum? None. We do not cap your monthly cashouts, your weekly limits, or your lifetime wins. Verify your account once—front and back of ID, proof of address, source of funds if requested—and approvals move automatically after that.
Help when you need it, silence when you don't
Our support team lives in the 24/7 live chat window. No bots pretending to be human, no ticket queues measured in days. Email works too if you prefer to attach documents or explain a complex issue in writing.
Account verification usually completes within a few hours during business days. Upload through the secure portal, not email, and you will get a notification the moment we stamp it approved. If something stalls—rare, but networks glitch—it is usually a blurry photo or mismatched address. Fix and resubmit; we do not charge for second looks.
Forgot your password? Reset links hit your inbox in seconds. Need to set a deposit limit? That is in Responsible Gaming, not buried under Terms. We train our agents to solve, not deflect.
Keeping your play in check
Every month we send you a spending summary—deposits, withdrawals, net position, time logged in. It lands in your inbox like a credit card statement: no judgment, just the numbers so you can decide if you are comfortable.
Tools are available the moment you register, not after you ask:
- Deposit limits: daily, weekly or monthly caps you set yourself
- Loss limits: automatic stop if your net loss hits a threshold
- Session timers: pop-up reminders every 30, 60 or 90 minutes
- Reality check: balance and time played displayed after each spin
- Self-exclusion: 24 hours to permanent, reversible only by cooling-off period for short breaks
- Account closure: permanent shut with remaining balance returned
If you need to talk to someone outside our walls, ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) serves players across Canada. Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy offer chat and phone support in English and French. We can also freeze your account while you seek help—no questions asked, no penalty, no loss of accumulated VIP status if you return.
Play responsibly. Must be 19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Raze is for entertainment, not income.
